SAV's Innovation, Water and Infrastructures area develops projects related to the water management cycle, covering both Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Drinking Water Treatment Plants (DWTPs).

It also operates in the fields of civil and environmental engineering, proposing innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and sustainability of projects. It also promotes advanced technological solutions including decarbonisation systems for waste collection, improved sorting in treatment plants, biotechnology and digitalisation and process improvement in WWTPs.

    The Infrastructures area develops engineering and construction projects. Although it specialises in environmental projects, it also has extensive experience in a wide range of initiatives, making it a versatile area of great strategic value.

  • Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP)

    Withmore than 140 WWTP managed by SAV, we work every day to ensure the treatment ofwater and the correct management of the sludge generated, all under the highestquality and sustainability standards. This commitment is reflected in the caretaken in each process, from collection to treatment. In addition, itsexperience and capacity for innovation allow it to develop solutions adapted tothe needs of each WWTP, always respecting the environment

  • Management of drinking water treatment plants

    Another area within the water management cycle is the management of drinking water treatment plants, such as the Viguera Drinking Water Treatment Plant in La Rioja, as well as the Benidorm tertiary treatment plant, which uses reverse osmosis technology.
